Most Bloom merchandise can only be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase for store credit

 Floral - We do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable items. Including cut flowers, and indoor/outdoor plants.

Jewelry - If unworn and in original condition, jewelry may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Sale items, Holiday Items, and Special Order Items - Only regular-priced items may be eligible for exchange or return to store credit. All sale items, holiday items, and special order items including items purchased at trunk shows cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges and Returns - We will accept exchanges or returns up to 21 days after the original purchase date. A return can be made for either store credit or another available item.We are happy to work with you on any issues and we can always be reached during shop hours or via email at

Refunds - Will be issued to store credit only. For online and in-store purchases, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be issued to a Bloom Gift Card. Gift cards do not expire and can be used in-store or online.

Order Cancellations - All floral orders are subject to a strict cancellation policy. Orders must be canceled 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. Orders canceled within this time frame will be returned to the original form of payment. Orders that are canceled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date are eligible for store credit only. Orders placed within 24hrs of their scheduled delivery are not subject to any cancellations or refunds. Orders may be subject to rescheduling, if applicable or on a case-by-case basis.

Special Orders and Event Cancellations - Special orders and events must be canceled 2 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery, pick-up, or install date. Orders canceled within this time frame will be returned to the original form of payment. Orders placed outside of this cancellation period or not subject to refunds. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
