El Salon
Owner and stylist Steve Trujillo established El Salon in 1987 and currently shares ownership with his nephew AJ Garcia. For over 28 years El Salon has contributed to redefining the Denver hairstyling industry; hiring and developing talented top professionals and maintaining high standards in up to date education and training. The company prides itself knowing that industry education is highly important, therefore sending stylists and assistants to progressive training and re-training seminars.
El salon is highly involved in various charities in the Denver area, both volunteering its employee’s time and contributing funds. El Salon is proud to lend its resources to help give back to the community.
Recognized on numerous occasions for their top stylists and unique atmosphere. Winning not only industry awards such as Southwest Hairstylist of the Year 2015, Colorado's Hairstyling Awards , Hairstylist of the Year 2014, and also Colorist of the Year 2014. 5280 Magazine’s “Top of the Town”, 303 Magazine’s “Best Salon” 2015 & 2009, but also customer satisfaction surveys by Rocky Mountain News “Top of the Rockies”.
El Salon was in the same location in Cherry Creek North for 21 years and was pleased to move into the Wash Park area to create a new space to continue to offer its services to the community.
Services provided are, haircutting, award winning color, permanent waves, Balmain System Volume Extensions, The Brazilian Blowout, special occasion Up-Do’s, manicures, pedicures, European facials, and waxing. The high quality products we continue to offer are R + CO, Aveda, Loreal Professional, and Matis skin care.
The new location was opened April 29th, 2008, so we invite you to come and visit us at 777 E. Virginia ave where EL SALON will welcome you into their home as if it were your own.
